  • Nepal visa fees: US$ 30 or 50 (Single Entry Visa valid for 30 days, payable in cash at immigration, and requires a recent photograph). No visa applications required for Indian passport holders.

  • Any items and services not mentioned in the INCLUSION section
  • Personal expenses such as trekking equipment, bar bills, alcoholic beverages, laundry, telephone calls, internet, SIM Card, extra mileage, personal gratuities (tips to the staff at hotels, guides, drivers, porters, Horse/Pony rides, etc.)
  • Additional costs due to delays in receiving Tibet Travel Permit and Visa, prolonged delays, or flight postponements due to technical reasons
  • Expenses incurred due to re-routing, inclement weather, floods, famine, political disruptions, strikes, riots, and other disturbances
  • Personal insurance policy: Comprehensive travel insurance covering tour and flight cancellations, loss of valuables, theft, illness, accidents, and hospitalization
  • Insurance covering Trekking/Travel/Accident/Medical/Emergency evacuations
